My first BMW was a 1971 R75/5 that I bought in 1993. To say it was well-used would be a kindness-it was a 100k mile machine that had seen little to no maintenance. As ugly and wretched as it was, I was smitten and it began a 25+ year love of the BMW marque. That love has seen over 40 BMW bikes pass through my life as well as not-to-be-disclosed number of other brands.
I spent 4 years learning to work on motorcycles and left college to make a career out of bending wrenches. When life took me the Pacific Northwest, I found that I was interested in other aspects of the motorcycle business beyond being a technician. Over the next 21 years I became a Parts Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager in BMW motorcycle shops.
I love this business and look forward to meeting, talking bikes or, most importantly, riding with you.
